FIHQ 2007 - Festival Internacional de Humor e Quadrinhos The FIHQ-2007 is a Cartoons and Comics Festival promoted by the ACAPE - Association of Cartoonists of Pernambuco, together with the FUNDARPE - Culture Foundation of the State of Pernambuco, to continue and expand the activities carried out in the previous Festivals. The Festival observes five general topical areas: political cartoon, caricature, cartoon, comics and editorial illustration.
