Gino GAVIOLI
 Biography Born in 1923 in Milano, where he lives and works. Graduated from the Accademy of Fine Arts in Milano, in 1953 he founded with his brother the "Gamma Film", the most important Studios of Animation in Europe in 1960-70. He realized more than 1.000 advertising messages for TV: his gallery of animated characters is unforgettable for whole generations of Italians. As illustrator he collaborates with the main national magazines for childrens. He won prizes worldwide and his story is the story of italian cartoon and animation. |
