Theme: FISH, FISHERMEN, FISHING, ANGLERS
Entries: max. 2 cartoons. The works must be original and accompanied by the author's entry-form and biography
Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
Technique: free
Deadline: September 23, 2007
Prizes: 1st Prize - 2.500 PLN; 2nd Prize > 2 Prizes - 1.500 PLN each
Exhibition: ---
Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
Remark: the works will not be returned
