Contest: open to all cartoonists
Sections: A) CARTOON; B) COMIC STRIP; C) CARICATURE
Theme: Section CARTOON - A) MONEY; B) FREE; Section COMIC STRIP - BAD LUCK; Section CARICATURE - FREE
Entries: max. 3 cartoons in each section. The works must be original and accompanied by the author's entry-form and biography
Size: min. A4 (210 x 297 mm) - max. A3 (297 x 420 mm)
Technique: free
Deadline: October 22, 2007
Prizes: Grand Prize - 8.000 US$ (Section Cartoon main theme); 1st Prize - 2.000 US$; 2nd Prize - 1.500 US$; 3rd Prize - 1.000 US$ in each section; 10 Honorary Awards
Exhibition: November 2007
Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
Remark: the selected works will not be returned
