Theme: A) FISH (The artwork of demiurge? The spirit of water? Human's pet? or for our food and sport?); B) BUTTERFLY (The world becomes beautiful for you)
Entries: max 5 cartoons in each section. The works must be original and accompanied by the author's entry-form and biography
Size: max. 300 x 420 mm
Technique: free
Deadline: October 1, 2007
Prizes: 'Gran Master' Prize - 2.000 US$; 'Master Illustrators's Federation' Prize - Statuette; 10 'Master' Prize - Statuette; 10 Special Prizes; 30 Honorary Prizes
Exhibition: December 2007
Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
