Theme: FREE. Works done in the year 2006/07, reflecting the importance of human dignity, mutual respect and friendship among nations, as well as economic and environmental responsibilities towards each other.
Entries: max. 2 cartoons. The works (not originals, only copies) must be published and accompanied by a newspaper reprint and the author's entry-form and biography
